Kazakh PM calls on EAEU to work harder on digital technologies
NUR-SULTAN, Apr 10 (PRIME) -- The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) members, including Russia, should team up harder in shaping favorable conditions for dynamic development of digital technologies, Kazakh Prime Minister Askar Mamin said on Friday.
“We’ve witnessed an unprecedented and mostly permanent … rise of potential of demand for digital goods and services. The new space should be filled with common digital products created on the EAEU territory,” Mamin said at an online meeting of the Eurasian inter-governmental council.
“Advanced digitalization will significantly determine effectiveness of all vectors of work.”
The EAEU members are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
